Customer Shoul Bring The Original Purchase Invoice to Verify the Product’s Serial Number. The Serial Number Must Be Registered On The Device And Not Removed. Ensure The Warranty Period Is Valid.
For Desktop Components Assembled By The Customer (Gaming Devices), The Warranty Is Limited To Internal Components, Provided By The Manfacturer or GAMES ROYALE. Repair Attempts By Unauthorized Parties Are Excluded From Warranty Service. The Product Warranty And Quality Of Workmanship Are Provided By The Agent And Are Subject To The Manufacturer’s Policies, As Detailed In The Product’s Warranty Manual Or On The Manufacturer’s Website. To Obtain Warranty And Maintenance Services, The Customer Can Contact The Warranty Service Provider Directly To Obtain The Required Service In Accordance With The Rules And Regulations.
The Warranty And Maintenance Services Provided By The Manufacturer Are Not The Responsibility of GAMES ROYALE. This Includes Spare Parts Availability, Repair Time, And Service Quality. The Customer Must Contact The Agent Directly.
The Warranty Covers Free Repair or Replacement of Spare Parts In The Event of A Manufacturing Defect. The Warranty Does Not Mean Replacing The Product Or Refunding Its Value. Malfunctions Resulting From:
Misuse Of The Product Or Failure To Comply With The Usage Instructions In The Product Manual Or Instructions Referred To Online And Digital Pages When Activating The Device.
Breakage, Impact, Cuts, Or Exposure Of The Product To External Factors Such As Liquids, Humidity, Or High Temperatures Are Excluded From The Warranty Service. Erasing Operating System Files Or Partitions From The Hard Drive, Or Malfunctions Resulting From Viruses.
The Warranty Service Provider Is Not Responsible For The Loss Of Any Software Pre-Installed On The Device.
if Any Internal Defect Or Damage Is Discovered In The Device That Was Not Reported At The Time Of Delivery, The Warranty Service Provider Is Not Responsible For It.
